The kit contains a beautiful hand made top whirl drop spindle and clean, carded fleece from the HoneyWoods Flock.
It also contains detailed instructions on how to get started with your spinning.
All of my sheep are bred for their high quality fleeces and are grass fed with minimal imported grains, soya or other environmentally unsound feeds.
We practice regenerative farming practices, from low stock numbers, paddock rotation, outside lambing, to growing trees for shade and wildlife corridors.

You will receive a selection of fleece from my flock with details on the sheep and the qualities of the fleece, so that you can compare breeds. Also in the box is a top whirl drop spindle, made from wood sustainably sourced from our farm. Everything that you need to learn the magic of spinning fleece in to yarn.
The spindle is 26cm long.
